Pre Season training for Men's and Women's Performance Squads - players will be invited to join these larger squads (joining the 1st teams) for pre season. New players may also be invited to join sessions.
The larger performance squads will train on a Saturday from 1st July and a Tuesday from 18th July. Players should also take responsibility for the personal fitness both for playing and to help avoid injuries. Fit Hit sessions will continue to run during July on Thursday evenings.
Squads sizes will be reduced over pre season lead coaches Albert Marcano (Men) and Carol Savage (Women) will be communicating with players during pre season on expectations and standards for players aiming to play in our highest teams.
Club training - for all other players will commence on Tuesday 18th July and this is open to all returning and new players
