76.45pm - 8.15pm - for all players who play in Cheshire League sides (3, and 5's) - please get down to warm up at 6.45pm so we can start promptly

7.30pm - 9.30/9.45pm - for IWHL and North League players - coaches have invited players to these sessions, so if you're not sure which session to attend please turn up for the 7pm session and speak to Jamie
