The EH Championships give the opportunity for cup hockey and the opportunity of reaching national finals - and we're building a good track record having reached four nationals finals in the last two season - O50 men (twice), O35 women and O30 and one in 2012 (U14 Boys). We are current holders of the Men's Over 050s Tier 3 trophy and of the Women's Over 30's Summer Championships.

All EH matches are played on a Sunday's so it an ideal opportunity to come down and support the THC teams in action and we've got lots of games coming up over the next few weeks - with a bumper day on Sunday 4th November with four home and three away games.

We need level 1 umpires for all games so this is a real call out to all our un-assessed level 1 umpires to help share the games on the Saturday so that our regular Level 1 umpires ideally don't have to umpire on both days. If you've done the EH Level 1 course (and THC paid your fee - please have a chat to Will Reynolds or Nick Burnett to get yourself some of the academy Saturday games to start to get some umpiring practice - this is really important as it free's up the level 1 umpires from umpiring twice on a Saturday.

The EH Championships games are managed by EH on via their own website - we will also load on Pitchero but do check the EH site for accurate and up to date information on times, venues etc
