141st TSC AGM & launch of Project 18 (Phase 1) - Thursday 20th June 2019 - 19:30

Come along to our 141st Timperley Sports Club AGM and support the club and join us to mark the milestone to launch Phase 1 of Project 18 the next phase of developing the club and our facilities.

Founded in 1877 the club's got a long proud history and thank members coming along to AGM's for over 140 years we benefit from the club we have today !

Voting members can pick up two drinks tokens when they sign in and collect their voting card for use on the night. So make sure you get along to the club from 19:00 to sign in and get your drinks in. After the formal business there will be a short refreshment break to re-charge glasses and then we'll move on to how Project 18 is shaping up and the launch of Phase 1 and supporting fund-raising. The hockey section will have a big role to play in this as we will directly benefit so come along and find out more !

The AGM pack contains the majority of the written reports so these can be read in advance to save time on the night. With the pitches needing replacement in the next year or so its really important hockey members learn more about the plans and how we can all be part of this exciting next phase of our development.

Voting members are all those players aged 18+ who paid a subscription last season, along with Voting Social members. Those new to the club, or not eligible to vote are also welcome to come along.

We need 35+ Voting Members is attendance for the meeting to go ahead, so please support the meeting if you can and come along and lets get another good hockey turnout. If we can match the hockey turnout from the recent EGM that would be great. The vote at the meeting will be to follow up on the resolution to dissolve TSC as we complete the transfer to Timperley Sports Club Ltd discussed at the EGM.

An AGM pack is available and will be emailed to Hockey Voting Members of TSC on by Friday 14th June. If you don't receive a copy via email or Pitchero please mail timperleyhc@gmail.com and a copy will be forwarded to you.

The pack provides further background papers for the AGM in addition to the meeting Notice and Resolutions previously circulated. Any voting member wishing to receive a copy of the Club’s end of year financial accounts, that will be handed out at the AGM, may request a copy prior to the meeting by sending a request to the Hon. Secretary at the above email address. Questions may be submitted in advance on the accounts or raised under Agenda Item.
