CAR BOOT SALE - 29th AUGUST -

Quick update on further information for buyers, sellers and volunteers .

This is the last of our car boot sales for 2016 - they provide a vital fund -raiser for the sports played at Timperley Sports Club. We are a not for profit organisation and any money raised go back into providing sport facilities, coaching and development across all ages and abilities.

For the August Bank Holiday Sale the hockey section are also fund-raising with a Cake Stall and Face Painting next to the clubhouse

Seller's

- No need to book - first come first served on pitches.
- enter the site from Stockport Road opposite the Shell Garage
- Sellers start arriving from 6.00am
- Pitches are: CARS £10 / VANS from £15
- Money will be collected from sellers one the sale is underway and one of the Timperley Sports Club team will come round to collect
- Toilets in clubhouse, bar open, other refreshments available and cake stall
- For safety reasons Sellers will not be able to leave the ground in their vehicles until the end of the sale (about 1.00pm). All vehicels will exit via Wood Lane.
- All items must be cleared and removed from the site at the end of the car boot sale

Buyers

- Access to the Car Boot Sale is from the Stockport Rd entrance opposite the Shell Garage, or Wood Lane entrance on the corner just before the hare and Hounds Car Park
- Entrance fee (aged 16 +) 50p - children are free
- Under 16's are free
- there is on site car parking - £1. This will be charged on arrival and entrance fee of 50p will be charged as you enter the car boot sale area
- spaces are reserved for disabled parking in the car park adjacent to the access to the sale area. Please bring Blue Badge to indicate you need disabled parking
- the bar is open for hot and cold drinks and food is also available
- there are Toilets in the clubhouse
- face painting and cake stall next to the clubhouse
- all vehicles will exit via Wood Lane - please follow the one way signs

Volunteers

- when you arrive please come to the Stockport Rd gate to pick up your Hi-Vis vest and be allocated to one of the 'stations'
- Cuey will have the rota and answer any queries or if you need to change your timings
- cake donations are needed - please leave in the committee room on Sunday or bring if on early shift on Monday
