Don't forget its 7.00pm for a welcome cocktail ready to sit down for 7.30pm prompt. This is a change to the original timing due to the bumper attendance !

As well as being the social highlight of the year - the Dinner is also the change to have a great night and raise some funds to support the continued development and running of Timperley Hockey.

Each team has been asked to donate a prize for the raffle or auction to get the ball rolling !

For a one off donation of £10 (£5 under 18's) you get all the main fund-raising out of the way early with entry into:

- our 007 themed version of heads and tails to kick the night off
- the raffle and if the teams come good there should be some cracking prizes
- starter chips for our fun casino games and the chance to win a top prize on the night (anyone with any experience of fancies running the 'fun' Roulette or BlackJack tables please get in touch asap !)

Donations will be collected at the start of the meal by your table 'captain' for the night !

There's another added incentive too as the hockey section will get a share of the bar take once we hit the club threshold of minimum sales on the the night.

Our final fund-raising activity will be our mini Auction

Top lot this year has been sourced and donated by Vicky Lomas, Ladies 1 co-captain is the Ladies 1's donation and sets the standard high ! Huge thanks to Vicky for sourcing for us !

Lot 1 - Signed GB Men's Hockey shirt. The shirt has pretty much been signed by all the England lads who won Bronze at the Commonwealth Games on Saturday so its bang up to date !

Lot 2 - the return of the the 2014 Commonwealth Games Hockey Ball ! So good we auctioned it twice last years and it raised over £200 ! Kindly donated by Sarah Chancellor last year and donated back to the club by our highest bidder last year ! Lets get this ball rolling again and see what it can raise this year !

Lot 3 - to be announced once we get final donations through from all teams !

As we have a packed club house to keep everything moving please note:

- Wine Sales. Ashy will be taking wine and fizz orders for your tables from 7.00pm in the bar area. Cash Sales only to speed things up. Wine is £15 per bottle

- Table Drinks Service - will be provided depending on how busy the bar team are. Again, cash sales only to speed up service

- Bar sales - cash, cards and club cards (but please don't try and top up on the night unless the bar is quiet !)

- Three cocktails will be available by the jug from the bar !

- bring cash for the fund-raiser (£10 or £5 (U18) ) ! and ideally some change to go in the thank you / gratuity envelop for the hard working waiting team for the night !
