See full details below

Timperley again looks to be missing the worst of the weather - and whilst its nippy and damp we will be going ahead with the following plan for this evening. Updates will be posted later in the day as required.

Snow no longer forecast for Timperley, and it will remain cloudy, so its a case now of seeing if the pitches freeze or not which will dictate if we go for Plan A or B for training. Here's the plan for all groups:

Plan A - if pitches are fit (ie not frozen or covered in snow)

All training sessions will run on the pitches are normal - starting with the Badgers / U16s at 5.45pm. Beavers are schedule 7 - 8 pm and all senior sessions as normal.

Please wrap up warm and wear layers so you can adjust clothing as the session continues.

A decision will be made with the Club to confirm if pitches are fit and safe to use. It is NOT up to players or coaches to decide or go against the Club's decision once pitches declared un-fit.

Plan B - if pitches are frozen / unfit

Beavers training 7.00pm - 8.00pm will be cancelled and a message put on the website/pitchero, facebook and twitter

All other sessions will be replaced by whiteboard and tactical sessions with your normal coaches. These are valuable opportunities to look at different aspects of on pitch organisation, styles of play and how we respond to set plays, setting up a press etc - plus you won't get cold doing them ! So lets get a good turnout as all coaches will be at the club to spend time with players

Badgers / Under 16's - 5.45pm to 6.45pm (slightly earlier finish) in the function room with Albert, Mark T and Akeem

Club training (men's and women's) - 7.00pm - 8.10pm in bar area / changing rooms with Mark W and Mark T

Mens' and Women's 2 / 3 - 8.15pm - 9.45pm in bar area / changing rooms with Ed Stropek and Mark T

Women's 1 - 8.00pm - 10.00pm - in bar area / changing room with Nigel

Men's 1's - 8.00pm - 10.00pm - in committee room (video session) with Albert

We need a bit of co-operation between folks for the concurrent sessions being held in bar area / changing rooms so please help get organised as quickly as possible to get the sessions under way so everyone gets the most out of the time

Updates will be posted later but assume (apart from Beavers) that there will be coaching sessions on either on the pitch or inside the clubhouse this evening.

Good news is that so far the weekend weather is looking favourable and hopefully we can dodge any cancellations due to the weather.
