Only 2 more match days before 'no pay no play kicks' so get you Subs paid this week ! Last chance to sign up to pay by 2 instalments this w/end !

TSC subs are due on 1st October - this year the cut off for 'No Pay No Play' will be Friday 7th October - so if you've not paid your subs by then, or signed up for a payment plan via the website, you wont be selected to play on 8th October. Harsh but Fair !

If you want to take advantage of payment of a full sub by two instalments you must make the first payment via the website by Sunday 26th September

Its really easy to pay this season and the facilities we have as a club are available to use all year round - we also offer the best value membership fee by far in the area. TSC subs go to running the facilities and hockey match fees and fundraising go towards running the hockey ! We need both to be a successful club !

For all senior members (18+) and player's currently in 6th Form please:

- pay over the bar by debit or credit card, cash or cheque

- pay via the website http://www.timperleyhockeyclub.com/payments

- or pay a cheque to your captain made payable to 'Timperley Mens Hockey' with your name on the back / team

Find out more about membership and the different categories of membership http://http://www.timperleyhockeyclub.com/a/membership-35081.html

All player currently in school years 11 and below must pay their subs to through the Academy - please pay Nisha on a Sunday morning or Monday evening as different fees apply. This applies to players who are playing senior hockey as well.

We're a member owned and run club - that means not paying basically means your friends, team mates and other players are stumping up to keep our club running and you're not ! It means that there's less income to invest into the running, maintaining and developing the club. People ask why is the club not a palace or like places like total fitness or other private sports clubs and why do we pay so much ! Well here - there a few reasons why !

- are subs relatively low - we don't charge £50 a month like many private / commercial leisure facilities or clubs - but we offer you have access to facilities that cost over £1.6m and has been invested in over the last 25 years through the efforts of members.

- as a member of TSC you play at the only club in the area to have two on site - club owned - astro turf pitches for £150 a year (full membership).

- you also play at one of, if not the best value club in the area. Other hockey clubs do some things a lot better than us - but their subs are a lot higher (50 -100%+) - its all about choices.

- TSC members vote annually to set the sets and have supported the recommendation of the Executive to hold held the costs of subs low for a number of years keeping the club accessible to as many people a possible

- hockey is now provided at TSC pretty much 12 months a year - the reason is that we have the facilities and pitches on site that we can use through out the year, we've provided summer leagues, tournaments, preseason fitness and training and matches - that's all on top of cup and league matches. Subs contribute to the facilities we can all use 365 days a year not just for 20 league games a season

- we've introduced new ways to pay and instalment options if you sign up in the next week you can opt for out 2 x £75 for a full senior sub if need to spread the cost. 22 members signed up for our 3 x £50 instalment option in August

So help the hockey volunteer role holders this Autumn by paying your subs o time and save us lots of our won time chasing you to pay for all the things available at the your club for your use. Yes we can improve things and we're really tying to do this but we could do a lot more if we could free up the time chasing basic subs and admin !

It you need one final reason to sign up its for your 10% up lift on your bar card - not got a bar card ask for a form from behind the bar - only available to paid up members !

So here's how it works ! You load a credit onto your bar card (and you can do by cash or card) and TSC add 10% to it increasing what you have to spend. So pop £50 on your card and you'll get a £55 credit to spend !

So be a good 'club' person and do you bit and become a paid up member !
