Times are START of session times so please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before this time to start to stretch warm up, chat, have kit ready and on and be ready to get the most out of the session from the Start time !

All players also need to step up and help collect balls, equipment and move goals (two people minimum to move the goals to prevent damage) at the start and end of sessions and last people off the pitches must lock the gates.

Players to help coaches by returning all balls and kit to the store rooms at the end of the session and not leave items in the clubhouse, entrance or on the pitch ! This will mean our shared equipment is available for all groups and reduced the cost of replacement when stock dwindles or disappears.

Men's & Women's 2/3's 20.15 - 21.45/22.00

It may take a few weeks to firm up the players in each group and coaches will work with players are some movement between groups / sessions will occur For examples some 2's players may train with the 1's for part of their session

Indoor at Manchester Grammar School from October (dates to be circulated)

SUNDAY'S from 2nd September until middle of May

Cubs 11.00 - 12noon
Under 8 / 10's 11.00 - 12.30

Academy parent managers / coaches will confirm nearer the time but once Sunday fixtures start if players are involved in matches or tournaments on a Sunday they do not attend training on the same day.
