Weekly Update -bumper August ahead with a calypso twist !

League hockey might not start for the majority of players until late September - but we've got something for everyone over the next few weeks - for all ages and abilities. Hockey is about so much more than just league games now so take a look at some of the things coming up. See website News Items for full details.

Pre-season training and friendlies for 1st teams

- Club Training
For all senior players (and academy players that player senior hockey last season - or going into year 12) Tuesday's 7.00pm - 8.30pm

Performance Squad training
Saturday's 10.00am - 12noon and Tuesday's 7.30pm - 9.30pm

NEW - Badger and Beavers Pre season training
Tuesday's 6.00pm - 7.00pm with Albert

Development courses

EH Quick Sticks Leaders Course - 9th August
- limited places for any member aged 14+ £10

International Coaching Masterclass - Academy current and new coaches (parents and players aged 15+ )
Saturday 19th August 9.30am - 3.00pm
With International coach and former player Anthony Marcano
£50 fee (no charge for THC new or current coaches )

International Coaching Masterclass - Performance and Club coaches
Sunday 20th August 9.30am - 3.00pm
With international trio, Kwan Browne, Anthony and Albert Marcano
£75 fee

Senior Player International Masterclasses (aged 16+)
Sunday 20th August 4.00pm - 6.00pm followed by food and Q and A with Kwan Browne

£25 THC members (including food) £30 non THC members

Academy Player International Masterclasses
Monday 21st August
10am - 12noon (aged 7 - 13 years) £15 and £20 non THC members
2.00pm - 4.30pm (13 - 18 years) £20 and £25 THC non members

New Players

If you know of anyone - of any age - interested in playing hockey - all standards - do ask them to come and take a look at what we offer - and if they are 16+ get them to come along on a Tuesday at 7pm, or if under 16 to come down on Sunday 3rd September - help do your bit to grow the section.

As well as lots of hockey the engine room continues to work through all the pre-season preparations so look out for news in the next couple of weeks on how we're making improvements to our communications, the website and ways for you to access updates and all the key Timperley hockey information more easily.
