if you're involved in Hockey at Timperley you're a Member of Timperley Sports Club Ltd -that hockey is a part of. TSC Ltd is the overarching Club that develops and runs our facilities so come along and find out more about your Club.

A quick reminder that its our 3rd AGM on Thursday 21st July 2022 at the Club commencing at 19:30 in the function room.

All Members are welcome - but only Full Senior and Youth Members may vote at the Meeting or in the elections for Director vacancies using the online ballot prior to the meeting. (See eligibility details below)

We look forward to welcoming Members back to the Club for our first face to face AGM since 2019. As a thank you to Members for their support over the past two years, and to thank those attending the AGM, we will be offering one complimentary welcome drink to all those attending the meeting.

Eligible Members should check their emails and should have received a copy of the Full 2021-22 Annual Report and Financial Statement and Accounts for the year ending 13st March 2022, along with the meeting papers. The email to also includes the link for Eligible Members to vote in the election and votes must be cast by 22:00 on Wednesday 20th July 2022. Check your spam and if you've not received please contact Shelagh Everett, Secretary and a copy will be forwarded to youentwisle.everett@btinternet.com

We ask that if Members who would like to ask any questions - usually asked for a specific 'Business Item' or under ‘Any other Business’ - ideally submit these in advance using the the online AGM Form to help the Chair plan the business of the meeting and timings so we can try and address as many queries/questions raised as practically possible during the meeting along with on the night questions.

The following Members are eligible to attend and Vote at the AGM, and stand as a Director and Vote in the election of Directors:
- TSC Ltd Playing Members Aged 16+ and Non Playing Members (full voting) Aged 16+ and who have paid their annual subscription where applicable. See below due dates for payment of Subs**
- TSC Ltd Honorary Life Members and Life Non Playing Members (formerly TSC Life Social members)

The following Members are eligible to attend but do not have a vote and can not stand as Directors:
- TSC Ltd Associate Non Playing Members and who have paid their annual subscription where applicable. See below due dates for payment of Subs**
- TSC Ltd Associate Playing Members Under 16 and who have paid their annual subscription where applicable. See below due dates for payment of Subs**

**AGM attendance and Voting Eligibility - Subscriptions / Due Dates:

**Cricket and Non Playing Member subscriptions for 2022-23 must have been paid by 30th June 2022

**Football, Hockey and Lacrosse - 2022-23 are not due for payment until 30th September 2022, so unless already paid online for 2022-23, those Playing Members who paid their 2021-22 Subscription will be eligible to attend and Vote at the 3rd AGM.
