Welcome to Timperley Hockey Club Junior section Season 2025-26

You are a junior player until you leave school or college after Year 13

We offer a wide range of coaching, matches, tournaments and social activities for young players aged 5 - 18 years. We welcome players of any ability and run 18 different teams and offer opportunities for complete beginners through to experienced players looking to join a successful Club.

Sunday mornings we run coaching sessions for boys and girls aged U 12/ U 10/ U 8s who all train from 11 am - 12 :30pm. Our Cubs train from 11 am - 12noon. We also have a range of hockey opportunities on Sundays including: Greater Manchester Tournaments (U8/10/12's) and North West Area and EH Competitions for older groups (U14/16/18)

Monday evenings we run coaching for boys and girls aged U14 and U16 who train 5.15pm to 6.45pm. Players aged 13+ will also be invited to attend Club or Performance Squad training on a Tuesday evening from 7pm as they transition to play senior hockey.

We also offer Saturday junior hockey matches in our popular Otters, Beaver and Badgers mixed development teams to support players progressing to the 11 a-side format of the game. Subject to demand and facility availability we also offer Indoor hockey for older players in November / December.

With excellent on site facilities and a dedicated and friendly team of coaches and volunteers we welcome new players and parents to join us.
