England Hockey are also responsible for the organisation all representative hockey England from local Junior County Centres (JAC's) through to regional Talent Academy's and national teams.

Players from this area can attend either Greater Manchester or the East Cheshire County Centres. Players can be nominated by either their club or school to attend.

Many players at Timperley are involved in both the girls and boys programme's and each season we have players representing Greater Manchester and East Cheshire. We are also proud of Timperley players who have worked through the system and been selected for the U 13 Invitational Team Tensworth and the England Hockey Talent Academy hosted at THC.

THC was selected to run one of England Hockey's 24 regional Talent Academies in 2022. We were awarded a further 3 year licence to run the Timperley TA (TTA) until 2028 for high potential players aged 14 to 18. The TA is open to all players who live, or play at a club, in the TTA catchment area. Selection is run in line with England Hockey Guidance and THC players are nominated and go through the same assessment process.
