2023 THC Dinner and Awards 21st April - SOLD OUT !

We've closed online and bar sales for Dinner Ticket and the Dinner is now SOLD OUT!

If you'd still like to attend please contact Fozzy or your Club Captain, Dave Price or Jo Robinson asap - to go on the waiting list. If have a ticket and can't go to the dinner or have to pull out at short notice we may be resell your ticket to someone on the waiting list.

One month to go to this years Dinner and Awards - so don't delay get your tickets this (via Pitchero Shop or the Bar) and be there for one of the highlights of our THC hockey year on Friday 21st April 2023!

We have a maximum capacity of 120 and this event has been a sell out for the past 3 events - so don't dawdle otherwise you may miss out on a ticket !
Buy online from the Pitchero Shop (up to 4 tickets per purchase) https://www.timperleyhockeyclub.com/payments/category/tickets OR from the Bar (make sure your details are added to the ticket sales log and any special dietary requirements noted down. Teams wanting to get in early to reserve a table - contact Andrew Foster to discuss numbers etc

Here's all you need to know !

  • Friday 21st April 2023
  • 6.45pm til late (ready to sit down for 7.20pm)
  • at Timperley Sports Club
  • this years theme is Masquerade so big out those masks !
  • four course meal and welcome drink
  • £10 donation to cover heads and tails, raffle and auction all to raise funds towards the Blue Pitch Replacement*
  • Annual Hockey Awards and time to cut some shares on the dance floor!
  • tickets are £35 per person
  • Aged 16+ (refer any special requests to club captains Dave Price and Jo Robinson)

FUNDRAISING ON THE NIGHT
The Dinner Awards is one of our big fundraisers and this year we're raising funds for the Blue Pitch. We run a system based on attendees making a single donation at the start of the dinner - this covers your raffle tickets, heads and tales etc.

Please bring cash on the night - Adult minimum suggested donation is £10 or more, Concessions (full time students, unemployed U18's) is minimum donation of £5

The Auction is of course optional and the Commonwealth Games hockey Ball will be back along with 3 or 4 other special lots. If you have any sports tickets, hospitality or other special items you'd like to donation to the Auction please contact Fozzy or Emma. We'll be doing a round up of raffle prizes via each senior team nearer the time !

AWARDS - 2021-22 winners !
Please can our 2021-22 Award winners please return their trophies to Andrew Foster, Emma Bartlett, or club captains Dave Price and Jo Robinson asap so we can get them cleaned and engraved !

So bring it on ! Save the date, book the baby or dog sitter, dig out an outfit and get your ticket and enjoy the evening !
