Last season TSC replaced the Blue Astro, built the spectator barrier, and installed new LED floodlights - a £250,000 investment in our facilities – and some of the best club based hockey facilities in the North of England. This season, there will be more investment in extending the building and the much awaited refurbishment of the bar area. As well as building on hockey opportunities and programmes for all ages and abilities!

So please help us to keep doing what we do best in offering you one of the best hockey club’s in the country to be part of – please help our volunteers by paying your subs and membership fees by the end of August so that we can focus on the hockey in September rather than chasing subs! Our 2025/26 Membership Officers are: Kieran Jeffery (anyone aged 16+) and Clare Hornby (all under 16's) - please contact them with any queries.

See details below about 2025-26 subscriptions and fees, what they go towards funding and increases for this season.

Membership is made up of two elements:
- Timperley Sports Club annual membership subscription (covering all four sports) that go towards the running costs of the club and our facilities
- Timperley Hockey Club annual fees that go towards the running costs of the hockey section

Both payments are collected through on purchase on the TSC Membership system, and two payments are taken for TSC and THC elements.

A number of the operating costs for TSC and THC have increased due to general inflationary pressures subs and fees reflect a small increase for the year. England Hockey Affiliation and Insurance costs are increasing by c £4500 and THC will be paying c£9,000k this season. The new fee structure includes a per player fee for £16 for aged 12+ and £10 for 12 and below that includes player personal injury insurance, discounts on Opro mouthguards plus access to free courses and more. To fund this increase and some of our other operating costs increases we have increased THC junior Fees for all ages by £10 per player. We have also introduced a one off Adult Hockey fee of £20 payable with your TSC sub to help cover cost rather than increase match fees. This was discussed at the AGM and felt to be the best approach, and players are reminded that this covers personal injury insurance too.

How to pay your 2025 - 26 TSC Annual Membership Subscription
All senior and junior (U18) members must be members of Timperley Sports Club (TSC) to play hockey for Timperley.

Annual subs are collected online via the TSC membership system (hosted on the FSI platform https://timperley.first-sports.com/ ) - Membership Subs are no longer collected via Pitchero of the Bar.

If you were a member and previously set up an account via the TSC (FSI) platform, simply follow these steps:

Aged U18 as at 31st August 2025
- parents - log on to your FSI Account https://timperley.first-sports.com/ (user name is usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
- click on BUY MEMBERSHIP (still in your parent account)
- click on the icon of the child you wish to buy membership for (options will be presented)
- and select the membership category you wish to purchase (see membership categories below)
- if more than one child click on the next child and repeat the above steps
- Please Opt In to GIFT AID by clicking 'YES' if you are a UK tax payer and happy to as this will help generate funds for THC to support running hockey and set up your payment

Aged 18+
- log on to your FSI account https://timperley.first-sports.com/ (user name is usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
- click on BUY MEMBERSHIP
- and select the membership category you wish to purchase (see membership categories below) and set up your payment

NEW TO TIMPERLEY HC, or haven't paid via the FSI system before ?

Parents for u18s and Adults – please go to https://timperley.first-sports.com/ and Register / Join Timperley Sports Club and set up an account and then validate your email.

If new to the FSI System - see the attached guide for setting up U18's on the membership system in a nutshell Parents must set up an account on the TSC system and then 'add family member' all u18's and then the parent goes into 'Buy Membership' and selects the child to buy for. You can pay for multiple memberships in one product order.

TSC Membership Subs for 2025-26 (small increase)

• Playing Members (Under 7) - Nil
• Playing Members (Under 18) £105
• Playing Members (18+ concession f/t students or apprentices, unemployed, apprentice, over 65) - £112
• Playing Members (Aged 18 to 24 not a concession) £179
• Playing Members (Aged 25+ full) £224
• reduced rates for full Country Members (home is 20 miles + from TSC), Hockey VP's and former life social members, click on relevant membership for details.
• players who have joined TSC (via cricket, football, or lacrosse, since 1st April 2025) do not have to pay the TSC Sub but must register on the system.
• Non Playing Members £45 (non- voting) and £80 (Voting)

Hockey Fees - in addition to the TSC Sub - no change to 2023-24

• Reception to Year 2 - £110 (no TSC sub) – £110
• School Year 3 and 4 - £90 (hockey) plus £105 (TSC) - £195
• School Year 5 to 7 - £130 (hockey) plus £105 (TSC) - £235
• School Year 8 to 11 - £150 (hockey plus £105 (TSC) - £255
• School Year 12 to 13 - £90 (hockey) plus £105 (TSC) - £195 (nb higher match fees paid than U16)
• Aged 18+ - £20 (new hockey fee) plus relevant TSC sub

Match Fees
The AGM agreed to introduce a one off annual adult fee of £20 per player to fund increased operating costs rather than increase match fees. Match Fees will therefore not increase for 25/26 season for all categories.

No Pay No Play
Kicks in from the Saturday 4th October 2025 - details will be fed into selection w/c 29th September

So if not paid, set up or not been in touch about your subs, you'll not be selected to play as priority will be given to players who have paid.

We appreciate that for some these are uncertain times however we hope that everyone involved in hockey at Timperley will also appreciate the cost of offering so much hockey for all ages and abilities.
