We’re extremely proud, as a Club, to offer a wide range of hockey for all pretty much year round and it's now time to set up and pay your 2026-27 Membership to TSC and Hockey Fees as part of your Club Membership - see full details below.

Annual subs are collected online via the TSC membership system (hosted on the FSI platform https://timperley.first-sports.com/ ) - Log on to pay if renewing, or find about how to set up an account below if new to THC.

As a Community Sports Club, annual member subscriptions and Sports Sections fees, form a key part of our annual income to enable us to run and develop our shared facilities and run all our sporting programmes. All hockey players become members of Timperley Sports Club.

TSC has an enviable track record of investing in our playing and off pitch facilities. Over £500,000 has been invested in our pitches since 2020 and we are near to completing the £250,000 extension to the clubhouse and new commercial kitchen. More investment is planned with the bar refurbishment and improvements to the site, access, and phase 2 of the blue pitch with improvements to the spectator area and pitch side storage and fencing.

TSC is also the only club the North West to own two pitches offering players a true ‘club’ experience with all home games and training held on site and with easy access to the clubhouse and facilities! All this has been built by our members and volunteers over many decades of work and future planning. Your TSC subs go towards running, maintaining and developing the club. Hockey Fees go towards delivery every aspect of hockey on and off the pitch.

Club Development
In 2026/27, the TSC Leadership Forum (All 4 Sports Committees and Board), have agreed to introduce a one off levy on all members for season 2026/27 to contribute towards the cost of the clubhouse improvements as a fair and equitable way to raise c £20,000 towards the project.

For 2026/27 there will be an additional club development donation incorporated into the Club Membership fees of:
• £12 for all members aged under 18 (equivalent of £1 a month)
• £18 for all members aged 18+ (equivalent to £1.50 per month)
If you are a tax payer please ‘OPT IN’ to Gift Aid to enable us to increase the value of your contribution.

Membership is made up of two elements:

• Timperley Sports Club annual membership subscription (covering all four sports) that goes towards the running costs of the club and our facilities and is paid to TSC and covers all four sports. The Club Development Donation has been added to the 26/27 subs for ease of collection
• Timperley Hockey Club annual fees that go towards the running costs of the hockey section and is paid to the hockey section to help fund affiliations (over £15,000) coaching, welfare, equipment, pitch fees, teas, and other hockey running costs.
• Both payments are collected through one purchase on the TSC FSI Membership system, and then two payments are taken for TSC and THC elements.

How to pay your 2026-27 Annual TSC Annual Membership Subscription
All senior and junior (U18) members must be members of Timperley Sports Club (TSC) to play hockey for Timperley. THC is part of Timperley Sports Club Ltd, a charitable community benefit society.

Annual subs are collected online via the TSC membership system (hosted on the FSI platform https://timperley.first-sports.com/ )

If you are renewing you membership, or have previously been a member, you must use your existing TSC (FSI) platform account to ‘Buy Membership’ = please don’t set up a new account!

Follow these simple steps:

Aged 18+ (Playing and Non Playing members)
- log on to your FSI account https://timperley.first-sports.com/ (user name is usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
- click on BUY MEMBERSHIP
- and select the membership category you wish to purchase (see membership categories below) and set up your payment

- Please Opt In to GIFT AID by clicking 'YES' if you are a UK tax payer and happy to as this will help generate funds for THC to support running hockey and set up your payment. For senior players Gift Aid relates the One Off Development Donation which is treated as a donation to TSC.

Aged Under 18 as at 31st August 2026
- parents - log on to parents TSC FSI Account https://timperley.first-sports.com/ (user name is usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
- click on BUY MEMBERSHIP (still in your parent account)
- click on the icon of the child you wish to buy membership for (options will be presented)
- and select the membership category you wish to purchase (see membership categories below)
- if more than one child click on the next child and repeat the above steps

- Please ‘Opt In’ to GIFT AID by clicking 'YES' if you are a UK tax payer and happy to as this will help generate funds for THC to support running hockey and set up your payment. Gift Aid relates the TSC Membership and One Off Development Levy which are treated as donations to TSC.

NEW TO TIMPERLEY HC, or haven't paid via the FSI system before ?
Parents for u18s and Adults – please go to https://timperley.first-sports.com/ and Register / Join Timperley Sports Club and set up an account and then validate your email.

If new to the TSC FSI System, see the attached guide for setting up U18's on the membership system in a nutshell Parents must set up an account on the TSC system and then 'add family member' for all u18's in your family and then the parent goes into 'Buy Membership' and selects the child to buy for. You can pay for multiple memberships in one product order.

• Aged 18+ - Hockey Fee £20 plus relevant TSC sub see full details attached ranging from £136 concession to £252 full (aged 25 plus). See details of other discounts available for those aged 18 – 24, those living 20+ miles from the club and VP’s and life non playing members.
• Reception to Year 2 – Hockey Fee £110 (+ £12 TSC Development Fund but no TSC sub ) – £124
• School Year 3 and 4 – Hockey Fee £90 plus £122* (TSC) - £212
• School Year 5 to 7 – Hockey Fee £130 plus £122* (TSC) - £252
• School Year 8 to 11 – Hockey Fee £150 plus £122* (TSC) - £272
• School Year 12 to 13 – Hockey Fee £90 plus £122* (TSC) - £212 (nb higher match fees paid than U16)
• Non Playing Members £65* (non- voting) and £102* (Voting)

players who have joined TSC (via cricket, football, or lacrosse, since 1st April 2026) do not have to pay the TSC Sub but must register on the system.

No Pay No Play
Kicks in from the Saturday 3rd October 2026 - details will be fed into selection w/c 28th September

If not paid in full, set up to pay by instalments or not been in touch about your subs, you'll not be selected to play, as priority will be given to players who have paid.

Match Fees
The 2025 AGM agreed to introduce a one off annual adult fee of £20 per player to fund increased operating costs rather than increase match fees and this remains unchanged for 2026/27. This also includes EH registration and cover under the EH Club Insurance Policy.
There has been a small increase in Match Fees to reflect increased operating costs for 2026-27:

- the full match fee £13.50
- concession / U18 / Adult Keeper with own kit £6.75,
- Junior GK with own kit playing senior hockey £3.50
- Junior game match fee £5.50 and £3.50 for Junior GK with own kit.

If anyone has any concerns about paying their TSC and or Hockey Fees please get in touch on a confidential basis with Leila Williamson (Juniors-U18), Carrie Wright (Women's Club Captain), David Price (Men's Club Captain) or Andrew Entwisle (Treasurer) and as in previous years where possible the TSC and THC will work with you to discuss suitable payment plans or support. Please get in touch by 14th September to allow time to be given to consider your circumstances and any support that may be available.
