Following a review of our kit supplier requirements and future needs we have entered into a new partnership with Eighteen Hockey, one of our main community sponsors, to provide our kit shop going forward.

Jo Royall from Eighteen Hockey, is well known to many at the club from their early start up days and a small selection of gloves and demo gloves back in 2018 to their evolution and growth as a business. Jo’s knowledge and understanding of Timperley has been key developing a proposition that will support kitting the Timperley massive on and off the pitch from our Cub’s to our Masters players and everything in-between!

A new online shop portal is under development, and we plan to launch the first pre season kit window in July for delivery by mid-September. Details of the order windows for the full season will be published over the summer.

We are really mindful players and parents have invested a lot in our current kit and whilst we will be refreshing parts of the range the core playing kit will remain similar in design so that new kit blends in well with players in EV2 or older kit.

The key stages in the process now are:

• Kit forums on 2nd June (see below)
• Design core THC kit range – by mid-June
• Samples to be made by manufacture to check / test early July
• Sign off range – early July
• Pre season order window including kit ‘try on sessions’ Mid July
• First delivery – September
• 2nd order window – September

To help input to the range Jo will be holding three kit forums on Monday 2nd June 2025 to gain input from club members on fabrics, cut of garments, style of garments and what works well now, what doesn’t to feed into the process. These sessions are NOT aimed to redesign the look of the kit as we are aiming to stay true to the core club colours and design with minor improvements. Jo will bring examples of a range of fabrics, cut / style of parents and if you’ve pieces of sports kit that kit well, you love, bring them along a to share as an example. The session will look at generic kit for fabric, style, cut and sizing.

Three sessions will be run:

• Juniors (u16) – 6.15 to 7pm
• Women 7pm to 7.45pm
• Men 7.45pm to 8pm

For adults we’re looking for a spread of ages: 16 – 24, 25 – 29, and over 40’s

We will confirm attendance with you by Monday lunchtime and we may need to limit numbers if we are over-subscribed and balance ages etc. If we have too many people wishing to attend, we’ll get a balance of ages and households and pull out of a hat.
