- celebrate both 1st teams playing in the national league for the first time, as the men join the women in EHL North Conference.
- host eight home games (including the two 1's games) for the first time ever
- Ladies 1 v Alderley Edge 3.30pm push back
- officially opening of the new floodlights on the blue pitch at 5.00pm
- Men's 1 v Alderley Edge in their first ever National League game 5.30pm under the new lights
- hold our first social of the season from 7.30pm as THC presents a night of bonkers bingo, music, inflatables, cracking prizes, bar offers and some chilli and rice to keep you going after watching the hockey !

We've goodie bags to give away to the first 30 under 16's coming to the National League Games and entry is free for Under 18's - we're charging just £2 for adults for come in to help cover the cost of the programmes, a raffle prize (drawn in clubhouse after the final game) and raise funds towards the hockey contribution towards the new lights.

Plus we've Janet's famous fund-raising cake stall too !

The idea of the late games under the lights is that those teams playing away can get back to the club to watch some hockey and meet us with players, friends and family from across the teams - so lets get a really great turn out for our first evening matches and our first social of the season. We are also getting behind The Hockey Papers #watchyour1s campaign to get more people watching hockey and the late games will mean more players can watch the 1s after their own games and catch up with hockey mates.

If you've been to or heard of Bongo's Bingo ...well the evening will be our very own version with a full on evening of bingo, music, moves and prizes !
