(Free) Injury Prevention Educational Session at the Club Monday 17th April

Ideal if you regularly pick up niggles and injuries - or if want to get some guidance and advice on how to keep injury free when playing. Come along and find what you can do to help you keep playing - hockey or other sports!

Jack Chew will be hosting a FREE educational session in the function room at the Club on:

- Monday 17th April 2023
- 7pm to 8pm
- Free to attend - but please register to help manage numbers and tailor the session
- ideal for our coaching team members
- senior and junior (aged 13+) players
- parents

** The session is being held after U14 and U16 training to make it easier for this age group and parents to attend
