Players, parents, coaches sign up for this get season ready workshop - learn more about injury prevention, nutrition, practical guidance

REARRANGED DATE - MOVRD TO MONDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2024

TSC Club sponsor Chews Health are now ON SITE at the club and are also investing in the health and performance of all four sports sections!

This evening event is free of charge to TSC Members and is guaranteed to lift your knowledge and, if then applied, your performance this season! The session will be held in the function room and places are limited so don't miss out and book now !

At this education evening, Chews Health will be helping players, coaches and parents understand:
- What evidence and experience suggest helps prevent sports injury
- The principles of physical preparation that minimise injury and maximise recovery
- How to optimise your nutrition across the season
- How to develop better instincts on which conditions to rest and which to load
- How to avoid contributing to the over-training that too often disrupts promising junior careers
