Green Light for Green Pitch Project !

Great news for all involved at the Club, the TSC Ltd Board confirmed that we will be going ahead with the Green Pitch Project in this Summer at its meeting on 28th May 2020. The financials have been kicked and prodded - we have a robust plan in place, the confidence to make this Project happen, and the support of members!

The external project funding is being put in place and we are due to sign off the fine detail of the contract shortly and all being well the work will commence by the end of July!

This is a major boost for the whole Club and will be a great additional to our facilities when we bounce back to playing over coming months. Pitches not only provide our members and the community great playing surfaces - they also make a major contribution to our annual trading income and help us generate funds to reinvest in the Club.

Full details will follow over the next week or so including the launch of a range of fund-raising initiatives to help us hit the final target of £20,000 fun-raising.

The The Great Timperley Auction ' was launched earlier today and members can get involved in a range of ways: a great way to pledge items / services (auction lots); join in the on line Auction and join the Live Stream on 20th June 2020 from 18:00 - 18:30. - all to help raise funds for the Green Pitch Project.

Two 'Donation' based fund-raisers will be launched next week for the Green Pitch Project with donations from £2.50 to 'buy a square' of the Pitch to being a Foundation Supporter from £200! Look out for details next week

It's been terrific to see the level of support from members over the last ten weeks during the closure of the Club. We've had all sorts of offers of donations, help and support including the 300 Club and payment of Subs. We hope that more people will get involved to help us reach the Green Pitch Project target ! A very big thank you to all.

And finally, the next 'Live' 300 Club Draw on 20th June at 18:00 and will include the final bidding for our Auction Lots ! We'll also be running some virtual events over the coming weeks so why not join us for a 'Big Club Night In'
