Its a great introduction to cricket and Timperley Cricket Club ran the programme last summer and it was attended by a number of young hockey players who had a great time. Its an ideal cross over sports for young hockey players - boys and girls ! Its back again at Timperley CC this summer starting on 14th and 15th May 2018.

All Stars has been designed by the England and Wales Cricket Board and is specially aimed at 5 - 8 year olds - and introduces a fun and exciting programme of cricket. The programme aspires to develop future fans and players of the game. See more Introductory All Stars Cricket Video

After signing up, youngsters will receive a cricket ‘back-pack’ of goodies including a bat, water bottle, personalised T-shirt and cap, everything they need to try the game for the first time. For those who signed up last year, a new kit bag including stumps will be yours.

Once registered you have access to an eight-week programme of which Timperley Cricket Club is an approved club, start date Monday 14th May (Year 1) and Tuesday 15th May (Year 2) - both sessions will run 16.00 - 17.00. Allowances on age can be made if you can only attend the other age group. The emphasis is placed firmly on learning how to play the game in a fun and safe environment, as well as learning social development skills.
