Senior Members (aged 18+) - Pay your 2021-22 Subs by 30th September 2021

Important information for all SENIOR PLAYING / NON PLAYING MEMBERS (aged 18+) on how to set up and pay for your 2021-22 Subs and complete your Timperley Sports Club Membership application. PLEASE READ AND ACTION ASAP - this update covers:

- how to pay your 2021-22 annual Timperley Sports Club (TSC) Subscription and join the hockey section
- how to set up your online TSC membership account and access you Member Club Card and discount on sales over the bar
- how to complete your membership application to join TSC

FOR UNDER 18 MEMBERSHIP AND SUBS / FEES PAYMENTS PLEASE REFER TO: Under 18's membership set up and payment of TSC Subs and Hockey Fees

The Membership application and payment deadlines for all members are :
- Payment in Full by 30th September 2021
- or if opting to pay in 4 instalments set up first Direct Debit by 26th September 2021 (playing members only).

Timperley Sports Club (TSC) has implemented a new TSC online membership system (CMS) to manage membership and collect 2021-22 Club Membership subscriptions. All members join TSC and if a playing member the relevant sports section. This year you can only pay your Subs online via the new CMS system (run by First Sports International) and not via the bar or Pitchero.

You also need to be a member of the Pitchero platform and Timperley Hockey to manage your hockey stuff, availability, matches, paying match fees etc. and in due course the England Hockey GMS to play adult hockey.

Timperley Sports Club (TSC) comprises of four sections Cricket, Football, Hockey and Lacrosse. Non Playing (Social) Membership is also available. Membership gives access to all sports at TSC, although all junior sections have limits on capacity and charge additional fees to cover, for example, coaching and other costs.

Here's how to set up and pay for your 2021 - 22 membership of TSC and THC (ADULTS - aged 18+)

Some Members are already set up on the CMS as they have been members of TSC and have completed a TSC Ltd paper membership form in 2019/20, PLEASE CHECK EMAILS / SPAM for an email from First Sports International with details on how to activate your account in the new system.

The new system collects the TSC Sub directly and will significantly reduce 'hockey' volunteer time tied up with membership admin and subs collection. So by signing up promptly you're really helpful our volunteers in their roles and how we run the hockey section.

TSC Subs and Hockey Fees for 2021/22 season:

Playing Member (aged 18+) - Full Member: £180*
Playing Member (aged 18+) - Concession (full time education, apprenticeship, unemployed) - £90*

*TSC sub is not payable if already paid as part of cricket or lacrosse for 2021-22. The TSC Sub will be deducted at the payment stage of the process - but you still need to join to make you a member of the hockey section even though no sub if due.

TSC Subs go to fund the running of our facilities - including our pitches, clubhouse and all the staffing and support across the site. Hockey Fees go to the hockey section to invest directly in running and developing our hockey programmes, coaching, equipment, insurance etc .

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO SET YOUR ACCOUNT,MEMBERSHIP AND PAY 2021-22 SUBS BY 30TH SEPTEMBER 2021

The main steps are set out below - please take a few minutes to read this and then take you time as you work through the online process.

STEP ONE - how to set up or activate your account on the CMS

ALL Senior Members must set up an account on the new TSC CMS - unless they already have one .

(Under 18's must not open their own account directly as the system is set up to not allow them to purchase membership - this must be done by a parent / guardian following the separate guidance attached - most applies to Adult members too)

• Go to the new TSC Ltd Club Membership System https://timperley.first-sports.com/ - please read the message about which browser you are using as the system may not be compatible with older browsers.

If you have already set up an account on the CMS to pay for an Under 18 or another sport log into your account and move to STEP TWO.

• Click on GET STARTED and follow the online instructions to create your new account.

• For security reasons, you will receive a verification email from First Sports International to validate your email address. Check your spam ! Click the link to validate your account. (If you don’t receive a verification email please press resend.)

If the system wont let you open your account because your email address is already registered it means you are already in the system - this only applies to adult members. If this happens go to the LOG IN screen and use same email address and click on Forgot Password to access your account. You must follow this process as the system will not allow the same email address to be used by two different accounts. Please check and validate your personal details including DOB to activate your account.

STEP TWO - complete or validate your data

PLEASE COMPLETE - or if your already have an account CHECK - your personal data and make sure that all address fields have pre-populated correctly as if some address fields are not correct and this impacts the ability to pay later in the process. Please make sure house number is in the house number box and that the first line of address does not include house number.

STEP THREE - SET UP and BUY MEMEBRSHIP for 2021-22

• Click on BUY MEMBERSHIP selecting FULL or CONCESSION PLAYING membership OR NON Playing Membership (see note below for VP's, former life socials and Country Members)
- and Click on ADD TO BASKET and Click on PAY NOW

• Complete the waiver agreeing to join TSC Ltd and complete the online application form - make sure you click on the waiver box to apply for membership

SELECT how you want to pay - One Off Payment or by Four Instalments (set up DD by 26th September) for Playing Members only.

• Select 'Checkout' and follow the steps to purchase your membership(s) and set up your payment method - CHECK ADDRESS FIELDS ARE CORRECTLY POPULATED (house number in house no box and only the road name in first line of address)

• Click on 'PAY NOW' and you are all done! You can view and download receipt of payment.

If you are an Vice President, former Life Social Member or Country member please the new system is now based on an opt in discount if this applies please get in touch via timperleyhc@gmail.comand we will confirm how the discount will be applied (we are currently working on a couple of system options so appreciate your patience whilst work through). We are finalising arrangements for fees for volunteer coaches and will update everyone in this group by 20th September.

If you don't complete your payment don't worry you can go back to your order that is accessed from your member profile dashboard (click on circle next to your name in the top right hand corner of the screen). By clicking on 'Buy Membership' you are creating an 'order' that will stay in your basket until paid or cancelled or deleted.

Club / Bar Cards
If you already have an old Club Bar Card you will be able to access your balance and view purchases on your new CMS account and top up and use your card over the bar. If you didn't previously have a Club Bar Card you will be allocated a new card and you will see this appear on your CMS account. You can then use via a QR code on your smart phone (log into your CMS account on your phone) or a Club Card will be issued if you prefer.
