Our 139th AGM will be held on Saturday 20th June 2026 at 6pm before our Summer Hockey Social and BBQ starting at 7.30pm so do join us, find out more about the running of the club, plans for the future and the opportunity to make things even better and get involved in one of many roles available for the new season!

As well as sharing the highlights of the 2025-26 season on and off the pitch, including our finances and we will also be updating on:

- hockey plans for 2025-26
- sharing more details about the TSC development plans for the clubhouse, site and blue pitch as look to invest another c£400,000 in our club over the next few months ahead of the new hockey season
- elect our 2026-27 committee (Nominations close 6pm on Friday 19th June 2026 - if you miss this deadline get in touch ahead of the AGM)

Please support the AGM and we appreciate everyone's time is precious - with thousands of volunteer hours going into #makinghockeyhappen at THC its also a great way to recognise the work and contribute of all our volunteers. We can always improve, and with your help do more and be even better.

Interested in getting involved in a specific role or to support running THC?

At the AGM will also be electing our 2026-27 #OneClub THC Committee as part of our Governance. [/b]NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN ![/b] for the core roles elected by members at the AGM are:

• Chair
• Vice Chair (TSC focus)
• Vice Chair (THC /playing focus)
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Men's Club Captain
• Women's Club Captain
• Junior Co-ordinator
• Hockey Development Chair
• Membership Officer(s)

The hockey committee meets monthly and provides the overall strategic and operational direction and co-ordination of the full range of activities required to run a hockey club of our size and scope for all ages. In addition, the committee work is supported by a number of appointed roles that perform key roles in #makinghockeyhappen

Other roles / key activities include:

• Umpire Co-ordinator
• Welfare Officer(s) -mandatory role and Sarah Wilkins is standing down so must fill this role
• Fixture and Pitch Allocation Co-ordinator
• Sponsorship and Fundraising Co-ordinator
• Communications, social media and website (can be split)
• Senior Team Captains (these will be appointed over the summer)
• Team Managers (senior and junior teams)
• Junior Team Coaches
• Junior Committee and Support roles

PLUS we have many other volunteer roles and all of which play an important part in
#makinghockeyhappen and developing and improving what we do. We welcome players, parents, supporters and former members who like to get involved and make a difference to hockey at Timperley.

• The role(s) you'd like to stand for
• What you feel you bring to the role
• Name of a Club Member to propose you for the role (or we can help find a proposer!)
• Name of a Club Member to second you for the role (or we can help find a seconder!)
• Please confirm that your proposer and seconder have agreed to do this
