Its time to dust off the glad rags and get your tickets for the 2024 Hockey Dinner and Awards on Friday 19th April 2024 !

UPDATE - we're just finalising sales (and guests paid for by teams) but have pretty much sold out for the dinner now - great response from everyone 120 tickets ! Pitchero direct sales are now suspended - and any final requests for tickets need to be made to Andrew Foster - or Club Captains. Once we're FULL - we'll run a waiting list for any returned tickets (ie if people can't come / ill etc). Keep in touch as we want to get as many people along as possible and that we can squeeze in !

A real highlight of the Timperley hockey year is our Annual Dinner and Awards night - get your tickets NOW as this event will sell out and when the tickets are gone their gone !

2/3rd of tickets have been sold (Friday 15th March)

  • from 6.45pm (Welcome Drink) til late (ready to sit down for 7.20pm)
  • at Timperley Sports Club
  • Dig out your glad rags and scrub up for the evening !
  • Welcome drink plus three course meal
  • Heads and tails, raffle and auction all to raise funds towards the Blue Pitch Replacement*
  • Annual Hockey Awards and time to cut some shapes on the dance floor!
  • tickets are £35 per person
  • Year 11 + (revised from 16+) (refer any special requests to club captains Dave Price and Nat Scott for players in year 10)

The Bar / Kitchen are looking for additional waiting / bar staff for the dinner anyone interested in working on the night to earn some ££ please let Jane Ashcroft on the bar know asap (including any 15+ year olds)

FUNDRAISING ON THE NIGHT
The Dinner Awards is one of our big fundraisers and this year we're raising funds for the Blue Pitch. We run a system based on attendees making a single donation at the start of the evening - this covers your raffle tickets, heads and tales etc. Over the 2021-23 we raised £7,000 that paid for the new dug outs and with the blue replacement pitch starting on 1st July 2024 every pound we raise will help the hockey contribution to the pitch and hockey related additions - so its all for a great cause that we can all benefit from!

Please bring cash on the night - Adult minimum suggested donation is £10 or more, Concessions (full time students, unemployed U18's) is minimum donation of £5

The Auction is of course optional and the London 2012 Olympic Hockey Ball has been found and will be back along with 3 or 4 other special lots. If you have any sports tickets, hospitality or other special items you'd like to donation to the Auction please contact Fozzy. We'll be doing a round up for raffle prizes across each senior team nearer the time for donations!

AWARDS - 2022-23 winners !
Please can our 2022-23 Award winners please return their trophies to Andrew Foster or club captains Dave Price and Nat Scott asap so we can get them cleaned and engraved !

So bring it on ! Save the date, book the baby or dog sitter, dig out an outfit and get your ticket and enjoy the evening !
