Items ordered in 'windows' as items are made to order, or personalised to order. The vast majority of items are bespoke to THC and made against our own designs not off the shlf garments which links to delivery times. Orders are placed as one order with manufacturers once the order window closes. Delivery times are based on when the window closes not the date you order.

ESTMATED DELIVERY DATES FOR PREVIOUS ORDERS
The September Order was a very large order and required more checking and liaison with the manufacturers to check the final designs and production details for our bespoke range of items. We apologies that this order has taken slightly longer than we anticipated but now the garments and detailed production specifications are set up future orders will be back on schedule with a 4 - 6 week delivery times.

orders in the 12th September window: W/C 3rd NOVEMBER 2025
orders in the 5th October window: TBC (4-6 weeks)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SIZING: This differs from EV2 garments.Please check the sizing charts carefully. Playing shirts are broadly equivalent to one size up from the EV2 for the same size due to the fitted performance fit. For example a medium EV2 playing shirt would be a large performance fit eighteen shirt. We strongly advise that you try the items before placing an order as we cannot refund or exchange bespoke items due to incorrect sizing, unless they are faulty.

SHIRT NUMBERS: Please include your shirt number if you have already been allocated a playing number.If you do not have a number, THC will allocate directly with eighteen. In rare cases where number duplicates for juniors arise when moving to play senior hockey, an alternative number will be allocated.

SOCKS: THC will continue to hold stock of club socks and these can be purchased via the THC Pitchero Club shop. From September, socks will also be available on Sunday mornings from the Junior admin team, at training sessions and on match days.

DELIVERY TIMES: The THC range is a mixture of premium bespoke, personalised items. Delivery times for playing shirts, skorts and shorts are 4-6 weeks. Other items and garments may be 4 weeks or less.
