Who: Mixed teams (GK + max 3 outfield women and 3 outfield men on pitch at any time) - squads of up to 12. This is a senior tournament but U18 already playing senior hockey may play (minimum age 13) and teams are responsible for all of their young players ! No upper age limit ! Junior (u18) only teams are not permitted.

Umpires: Each team must have an umpire to umpire during the day (not when you're tam is playing).

How: Tournament round robin format with Semi Finals, Finals and cross over games depending on number - four 7 a side pitches so lots of hockey time plus bar / bar food and lots of great social time on the pitches or our new terrace

Theme: This years fancy dress theme for teams is to choose a fancy dress theme for your team that begins with the letter 'T' - from Tom Gun to Ted Lasso, Thomas the Tank Engine to Teletubbies! Anything goes also as the theme of your teams fancy dress beings with the letter 'T' !

EH Spirit of Hockey Code: The Mixed 7's is a great day and we hope all teams, players and spectators with enter in the spirit of hockey for the event and enjoy the day by the values of our sport. We ask that teams to keep fancy dress respectful and appropriate not to cause offense and to be mindful that we may also have U18's playing and attending too ! We would remind all visitors that only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed in the grounds, pitches and clubhouse.

Entry Fee: £80 per team to be paid by bank transfer by 28th June 2025 by bank transfer.

How to enter: Complete our online entry form asap, and no later than 28th June 2025 to book a place for your teams. No entries will be accepted without a Booking Form

OTHER TOURNAMENTS AT TIMPELEY THIS SUMMER: As well as our popular Summer 7's Leagues (both full) we've two other tournaments if your Club's interested we still have a couple of places available for our Ladies Vets 7's (O35s and O45s) on Saturday 21st June 2025. We are also looking at dates for a couple of other tournaments due to demand for Ladies 7's and potentially another tournament for men's teams playing in the lower NW divisions, 11 a side, pre season.
