The TSC Ltd Board of Directors of TSC Ltd, in line with the Rules, give NOTICE of the 6th Annual General Meeting of Timperley Sports Club Limited (TSC Ltd) to be held on Thursday 11th September 2025 commencing at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held in the function room at the Club.

The Election for TSC Ltd Board Directors / Trustees is also 'open' and our own Jo Robinson is standing for election, so if you are eligible to 'vote' look out for the email from TSC with detail and link to the ballot.

Ever wondered why we are the only club to have two onsite pitches, a large on site clubhouse, investment of £500k + in our facilities since 2020, and plans for another £500k investment in the next 12 months ? This is all down to TSC, our overall club, so why not come to the AGM find out more and how you can support what we do!

The 6th AGM of TSC Ltd will be held in person at the Clubhouse and we look forward to welcoming members to the meeting at this exciting time for the club as we embark on the final phases of Project 18 and clubhouse development. As well as the key AGM Agenda items the meeting will include an update on the Club's development plans (Project 18) including progress made in the past 12 months and plans and key decisions for the next 6 - 12 months now that we have planning permission to extend and upgrade the building.

There will also be the opportunity to come down from 18:15 and have a look at how the work and plans on refurbishing our 23 year old bar are going, meet the interior designer, and have a look at the ideas around styles of decor, layout, improvements and the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas.

All TSC Ltd Members are invited to attend the AGM - see details below setting out who can vote at the meeting linked to type of membership and subscription payment status Eligible Associate Members (U16 Playing or Associate Non Playing) may attend but can not vote. Parents of junior members are welcome to attend to find out more about the running of the club but can not vote.

As a thank you to Members for their support during 2024-25, and to thank those attending the 6th AGM, we will be offering one complementary welcome drink to all those attending the meeting from 7.15pm.

We will try and address as many queries/questions raised as practically possible during the meeting along with on the night questions. Submitting in advance helps us plan the time better to get the most from the meeting.

In line with our Rules, we are also conducting a ballot for TSC Ltd Directors elected from and by Members and eligible members will be emailed the link to Vote on line by 28th August 2025 and Votes must be cast by by 09:00 on Thursday 11th September 2025 and the results will be announced at the AGM.
