All Members, and parents of junior Members, are welcome to come along to the 2026 AGM and find out abut the running of the club, progress and future plans. For those attending we're also offering a small food tasting opportunity to try some of the delicious options on the new bar menu from 9pm.

With the clubhouse extension due for completion imminently, and the new commercial kitchen fully up and running, we can tick off completion another part of the final phase of Project 18. Then it will be onto finalising the next work parcel the full refurbishment of the bar and function room. So come along to the AGM and find out how the club is doing and able to continue to deliver year on year investment and improvement in our facilities and Member benefits. Why not grab a brew and have a read of our 2025-26 Annual Report (for approval) before the meeting (download a copy below) that complements our statutory Trustee Report and Accounts.

Eligible voting Members have been contacted by email on the 11th and 18th September with information about the AGM using the contact details held on the Membership system. If you've not had the emails please check your spam.

Eligible Members have the opportunity to vote in the ballot of Board Directors and have been sent the link to vote. Voting closes at 9am on Thursday 24th September 2026. Shelagh Everett and Leila Williamson are standing for election as Directors/ Trustee's on the TSC Ltd Board and they'd appreciate any hockey member voting in the ballot.

We are also running a technical accounting on line session with our Auditors on Wednesday 23rd September from 7.30pm for any full members who have mor detailed financial questions relation to the Accounts.
