Ladies 2s vs Oldham 22 Jan 22

By Malcolm Tucker
Fighting for the ball on an early attack
Oops that was not supposed to happen
..trying to recover the situation
Sarah lays the ball off
How low can you go? As low as Kelly?
Lou's fools the opposition..
..and starts a run..
..before looking for a pass.
Passing the ball to the right
Lou's got it again
Oldhem coach pointing the way for Timperley
In the D..
..and gets the shot away.
Imps in the circle now..
..going round a colleague..
..so she can shoot.
Another foray forward..
..before passing the ball.
Oh get down low.
Getting around the back..
..cross knocked goalward.
Spotted the pass..
and goes left..
..but soon back...
..now looking to go right.
Receiving ball on the back foot..
..transferring forward..
..before passing it on.
Stopping an attack on 23m line.
..getting the ball away before a tackle can made.
An umpire enjoying the game
Receiving it on the left wing.
Anyone's in the circle
making sure the ball is strong
Lou fighting hard
Josie lays it back
Holding the pose
A more serious looking umpire
Here comes the ball..
..stops outside the circle..
..pushed into the D..
..Imps winds up..
..and it's on its way towards the goal.
