Sarah takes charge
Eluned looking inside
Passing it on
feed through the gap..
Kim receives..
..down the right..
..gets the cross in..
..it's cleared
The oppo captain receives..

Another attack stopped

..who nutmegs the opposition
Lou goes into the 23..
..turns the defender..
..moves forward to make the pass...
..Imps retrieves the pass..
..winds up and..
..misses the ball!
Defending a free hit
Catherine pressing forcing the player back..
..to the right back..
..who puts ball down the line past Eluned....
..where Sarah stops it..
..gets it under control..
tries to go down the line..
..but goes back to Nikki..
..ends up with Leonnie
Kim receives the ball on the right
Defender deflects the pass.
Leonnie nutmegs her defender..
..dribbles towards the circle..
..beats a second defender..
..keeps going..
..three defenders close in..
..first forces her to turn..
..all is on her stick..
..can't get the pass to Catherine
Lou defends the top of the circle..
..ball goes to to her left ..
..but comes back in when Leonnie collects
..she gets strong..
.. and takes it wide.
On the attack and Bedford Keeper kicks clear
Here's a short corner..
..but the ball back is cut out
Anna M stops the ball in Timperley D
..protects from the attacker to get it clear
Imps on the charge..
..get it on your strong side..
..into the D..
..Nikki receives the ball..
..and immediately surrounded..
..the ball breaks free..
..Nikki chases the defender..
..but the ball is hit wide.
Timperley press high..
Leonnie receives..
..on into the circle..
..round their captain..
..can she get a shot or pass away?..
..Leonnie looks up..
..moves closer..
..looks to pass..
..the keeper saves.
Trying to put the defence back under
Lou on another attack..
..but can't make the pass
Bedford have a penalty corner..
..ball is saved..
..Bedford try to put back into circle..
.. Sarah clears.

Leonnie tries again.
Lou starts in her half..
moves to the halfway line..
..passes forward.
..Imps receives..
..and another chance goes begging.
Houghy steadies herself..
..then makes the pass.
More frantic defending..
..don't want it hitting my foot

..Caroline..
.. who moves forward into nose bleed country..
..and passes towards the D.
Pressing high again..
..ball comes to Sarah who hits into circle
Bedford survive and look to break
Timperley working hard to win it back
More defending
Ball breaks free in the tackle
Kim clearing the 23..
..Lou suddenly has to jump out of the way
A foot race for Imps
Second half gets underway
Early defending for Caroline..
..standing the attacker up.
..keeping at a distance.
Bedford attacker tries a reverse stick shot
Kim picks the ball up in the right hand corner
Ball is cleared out
two minutes later a cross comes into the Timperley circle..
..but they are back in numbers to clear
Sinead has a chance to score..
..the keeper saves it
A different corner routine..
.. Eluned receives..
..and shoots..
..stoped by the defender.
Down low to make the tackle
Lou into the circle but nothing comes of it
Caroline watches Anna M..
as she wins ball and moves forward
Kim lays off to Leonnie
Catherine can't stop the pass coming out the oppo 23
Another Timperley attack is ended
Leonnie tries again
Bedford come forward down their left
Leonnie is surrounded once again..
she tackled by two..
.it's behind me!
Bedford captain closed down by Nikki.
..and Leonnie helps out and force an error
The resulting penalty corner..
Leonnie goes for the flick.
Another PC which is switched right.
..umpire plays advantage (leading to a Timperley goal)
Bedford restart the game.
More Timperley pressure..
..as Nikki closes down again.
Bedford into the Timperley half
Lou makes the tackle.
Attacking at speed..
Lou gets a shot away..
..bounces off the keeper..
..with the goal at her mercy, Nikki drags her shot wide of the post.
Sarah looking to clear the ball out of the Timperley circle
Sarah having to defend this time her skill leaves the attacker on the floor
Lou passes down the touch line
Pressing the Bedford midfield
Nikki steps on a stick
Bedford bring the ball out of their 23..
but are quickly closed down.
Kim has the ball, Leonnie watching from the left..
..but within seconds is over on the right side..
..crashing the ball into circle.
Sarah presses forward
Imps has the ball in the circle..
..but is tackled and ball goes behind Nikki
Kim looks to get in the circle
Bedford relieve the pressure..
..Caroline.. tries to stop them..
..but the pass is made and it is left to Ma Mawby
Lou is on the charge..
..but is tackled short of the circle
Leonnie is on the left now..
..she gets passed the defender..
..Catherine tussles with defender for the ball..
..where's VAR when you need it.. as umpire misses the stick tackle..
..the tussle continues..
..who will blink first
..time to place your bet..
..still going..
..yup no sign yet..
..finally the defender gets the break
Keeping the pressure on..
..don't foul!
Bedford get the ball out..
.. it comes right.
Leonnie wins back and passes it to..
..Nikki..
..who turns and goes.
Bedford have got the ball in the Timperley half..
..and go into the corner to wind down the clock!
