After winning the first 2 games the team were on a high, however we knew we needed to stay focussed against Deeside who play a fast game with young players.

In the first half we had a lot of possession and played a very attacking game. Annie on the left did particularly well to feed balls through to our strikers, however we were unable to find the net. The half ended 0-0 which was frustrating to say the least as we felt we deserved a goal or two.

We continued with the attacking game play in the second half and our efforts eventually paid off when Abbey and Caoimhe both found the net in the last 15 minutes. Deeside had a few good chances too, but Rosie, Kirsty S, Kirsty B and Nat together made a very solid defence which the Deeside strikers found difficult to penetrate.

The game ended 2-0 with Timperley 4s taking the 3 points. We're also yet to concede a goal this season!
