Timperley Beavers vs Chester B

Timperley Beavers secured a convincing 13 - 0 win against Chester B despite being without either regular coaches Fozzy or Dan. The ball was moved around the pitch well and contributed to a solid team performance. The tone of the game was set early in the first half when Callum picked up a ball on the half way line and dribbled forward beating a number of players to take it deep into the Chester corner. Before coach Woody shouted to release the ball Callum had crossed for Rory to slot home the first of his 7 goals. Great link-up play was continued with midfield providing great service for Rory and Ollie to run onto. Kamol finished a fantastic cross and made his mark on the score sheet along with Wilf (1), Callum(1), Ollie(3) and Rory (7).

Although not challenged significantly Jazzie and Ella were solid at the back, picking up any loose balls that found their way through. Roisin was also very solid down the right.

A great positive from this game was that the team maintained their shape throughout and were starting to pass the ball wide, looking to use the wings.
