Our 138th AGM is fast approaching and we look forward to a good turnout on Monday 19th May 2025 at 7.30pm.

As well as reflecting on the 2024-25 season on and off the pitch, including our finances and summary survey results we'll also be updating on:

- plans for 2025-26
- announcing our new kit supplier
- sharing exciting updates on planned club development for the clubhouse, site and blue pitch
- elect our 2025026 committee (Nominations close 6pm on Sunday 18th may - if you've missed this deadline get in touch ahead of the AGM)

Please support the AGM and we appreciate everyone's time is precious - with so thousands of volunteer hours going into #makinghockeyhappen its always good to have a good turnout recognising the work that goes into making THC what it is - we can always improve and its also good to recognise as a hockey community what we do achieve too !

• Your Name (and you need to be a member of the Timperley Sports Club (hockey section or non-playing member)
• The role(s) you'd like to stand for
• What you feel you bring to the role
• Name of a Club Member to propose you for the role (or we can help find a proposer!)
• Name of a Club Member to second you for the role (or we can help find a seconder!)
• Please confirm that your proposer and seconder have agreed to do this
• For other roles get in touch by email or contact any of the Committee for a chat and to let us know the roles or ways you're interested in helping at THC next season.

There is flexibility around how we do the roles and how they work with the committee members so get in touch and let's work out how you can get involved in taking THC forward next season.
