This weekend the Men's 2 late the (early!) late slot at 16:30 v Keswick so why not pop along to support the lads in the NW Prem. The L1's are off to Harrogate (hoping Woody wont be late by popping into Betty's Tearooms!) and there's a chance to watch the M1's away at Brooklands on Sunday (12:00) following by Brooklands 1s v Surbiton who'll have few international on the turf - inspiration for all our young players !

A final reminder on membership subs - if not yet paid (or that you've been in touch) they must be paid this weekend as the cut off. An update will be posted on how to pay.

Three More 'Gold' Medals heading home to Timperley !

What a week its been for three of our Ladies 2's down in Cape Town as the Hockey Masters World Cup ! They only came away with three winners medals (the medals are actually an eco version and made of wood). Huge congratulations to Lou Hutchinson (O50's) and Sarah Impey and Debbie Chalcroft (O55's) on a fantastic tournament and helping bring home a haul of medals across the age groups - overall the teams returned with five Gold, two Silver and two Bronze medals to add the four Golds won in Nottingham in August. The girls tally adds to David Hans Gold for the O40's so not a bad haul for a northern suburban club !

Its the monthly TSC fundraising 300 Club Draw TONIGHT at 18:30 in the clubhouse. The 300 Club's been a main stay of club fundraising for over 20 years and is even more important as we're facing into some costly essential projects like the replacement of the hot water system is likely to be over £20,000 - so all those £4 entry fees do make a difference

The great thing with the 300 Club is you can support the club and be in with the chance of winning a cash prize each month - why not sign up as a regular and pay by standing order.

Saturday Night Hockey !

Save the date as we have a 1's National League Double Header on Saturday 29th October v Wakefield. Ladies 1 (16:00)and Men's 1 (18:00) - lets make it a bumper crowd and a great atmosphere to promote more people to watch hockey and support the Blues. Entry is £2 per adult (all to support hockey's fundraising that will be going towards the Blue Pitch replacement). Be great to see more families and juniors down as well as the regulars and then why not slip in the bar for a tipple off the German Beer menu !

The Great Timperley Auction 2022

Thanks to everyone who donated - individually or as a team - hockey have delivered an excellent haul of over 40 LOTS - everyone will made a massive difference to our fundraising so THANK YOU ALL !

The 'live' online Auction will open at 18:01 on Friday 21st October 2022 and run through to close at 18:00 on Saturday 5th November - so look out for the link at the next of the week and get browsing and bidding ! Its all in a great cause to help fund replacing the 20+ year old decking with a new and improves maintenance free raised patio area - that we can all use and benefit !
