THC Academy Bite Size Skills Session - Episode 9 (Sunday)

Join Academy Lead Coach Mark Talbot for our latest short video for our academy members to practice at home whilst we can't play hockey during to Covid-19. Episode 9 is aimed at Sunday training on the Blue pitch (older) groups but can easily be adapted for the younger players on the green pitch. This week Mark works on reaction time, receiving bouncing balls and controlled lifts. Make sure you have soft hands and keep your feet moving. During the closure of the club we'll be sharing the next episodes on Tuesday 19th May at 6pm and on Sunday 24th May at 11am.
